Questions parents ask us
Is the family spa day suitable for children?+
Yes — both packages are designed for mixed ages. Treatments for children are gentle, shorter pressure work and foot therapy, and every child is treated alongside a parent.
What ages do you treat?+
We welcome children from around 4 years old. Younger children can relax in the suite with a parent while the rest of the family is treated.
Can grandparents join?+
Absolutely. Family Spa Day works beautifully across three generations — pressure is adapted individually for every guest.
Do we all get treated in the same room?+
Yes, families share one private suite with multiple therapists working at the same time, so the hour is spent together.
How large a group can you take?+
Up to 15 guests at once. Birthdays, family reunions and hen parties — tell us the group size and ages and we will put a schedule together.
How far in advance should we book?+
A few days ahead is usually enough for a family of four; larger groups should book at least a week in advance.
