Life happens — we understand. You may reschedule or cancel your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled treatment time.

To make a change, simply call us or send a WhatsApp message and we will take care of it immediately.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment — or appointments missed without notice — may be subject to a late cancellation charge, as our therapists' time has been reserved exclusively for you.

If you are running late, please let us know. We will always do our best to accommodate you, although treatments may need to finish at the scheduled time so the next guest is not kept waiting.

Group bookings, family spa days and day spa packages reserve multiple therapists and suites for you. For these experiences we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for changes or cancellations.

Gift cards are not refundable, and they lose their validity 3 months after the date of purchase — we kindly ask recipients to book within that period. While the card is valid, it may always be used for a different treatment than the one originally chosen.

In the rare event that we must reschedule your appointment (for example, due to a therapist's illness), we will contact you as early as possible and offer you a choice of a new time that suits you or a full cancellation without any charge.
