The Greek Experience opens with a warm towel compress infused with extra-virgin olive oil and a few drops of wild-herb essential oil. The therapist then performs a slow, full-body massage using long, flowing strokes inspired by Greek island healing traditions.
The 90-minute session is unhurried: back, shoulders, legs, arms and scalp are all addressed, with extra attention where tension lives. A warm compress is applied to the back in the final minutes, leaving the skin nourished and the body deeply quiet.
