The clear agreement

Nuad Thai Massage Athens operates day spas at 5 Kornarou Street (Athens 105 63) and 12 Fokionos Street, Athens. These terms apply when you use this website, book a treatment, buy a gift card or membership, or visit one of our locations.

Please use this website for lawful purposes only, through the pages and buttons we provide, and without interfering with how it works.

Booking and payment features work as described on the page you use them from. The times, treatments and prices shown when you book are the ones we work from.

A booking is confirmed once your appointment details are submitted and, where the page asks for it, your online payment is completed or your pay-at-the-studio choice is recorded.

You may book up to six treatments in one checkout, each with its own time. All appointment times are Athens time.

If a time fills up while you are paying, we will contact you to find you another slot and keep what you paid for a later treatment, or refund it in full.

Prices shown on this website are in euros. Online payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. Where a page offers it, you can pay at the studio instead.

An optional tip can be added when you pay online and goes to your therapist.

Multi-session packages are listed with their own price and are arranged visit by visit through WhatsApp, so each appointment gets its own time rather than one booking covering several visits.

You may reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your treatment. Group bookings, family spa days and day spa packages ask for at least 48 hours' notice.

Cancellations made later than that, or appointments missed without notice, may be charged because your therapist's time has been reserved for you.

Gift cards are not refundable and lose their validity three months after the date of purchase. While a card is valid it can be used for any treatment, not only the one originally chosen.

Vouchers and credit we issue are used as described when they are issued, and are applied at checkout.

Membership benefits, rates and conditions are those shown on the membership page when you join. Membership is personal to the member.

If we change the terms of a membership, we will tell you before the change takes effect.

Treatments are therapeutic and are delivered by qualified therapists. You are always professionally covered and may undress only to what you are comfortable with.

Our therapists' hands never touch the breast area.

Any behaviour that makes our team or other guests uncomfortable may end the treatment without a refund.

Please tell us about injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, medication or recent surgery when you book, and complete our health disclaimer before your treatment.

Your therapist will adapt pressure and technique to what feels right for you. You may ask for lighter or firmer pressure, pause, or stop the treatment at any moment.

Treatments are not medical care and are not a substitute for advice from your doctor.

The text, prices, photographs and layout on this website belong to us or to our partners and may not be copied or redistributed without our permission.

Prices and availability change from time to time; the page you book from always shows the current amount.

When you choose to use them, WhatsApp, Google Maps, Instagram, TikTok and Stripe are provided by their own companies under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for how those services work.

We take care of our guests, our rooms and this website. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not caused by our failure to provide our services and were not reasonably foreseeable. If something goes wrong with a treatment you booked and paid for through this website, our responsibility is to re-arrange the treatment or refund what you paid for it.

If we update these terms, the new version is published on this page with a new date. The version published when you book is the one that applies to that booking.

These terms are governed by Greek law, and any dispute will be settled by the competent courts of Athens, Greece.
