What is Gua Sha?
An ancient stone ritual, a modern glow
Gua Sha — literally “to scrape sand” — is a centuries-old Chinese technique in which a smooth, flat stone is glided gently along the skin. On the face, these slow strokes boost circulation, encourage lymphatic drainage and release tension held in the jaw, brow and temples — which is why the skin looks visibly fresher and more sculpted afterwards.
Who is it for?
Almost everyone. Gua Sha is gentle, non-invasive and suitable for all skin types — especially loved for morning puffiness, dull or tired skin and a tense jaw. It is not recommended over active breakouts or irritated, very sensitive skin; if in doubt, just tell your therapist and we will adapt the treatment for you.

How long to book
Thirty minutes covers the express detox, forty-five the Radiance & Glow, sixty the Anti-Ageing Face Lift or face reflexology. The VIP Guasha ritual takes a devoted ninety.
