Contact details you give us — when you call, message us on WhatsApp, or book a treatment, we receive the details you share (such as your name, phone number and booking preferences).

Booking information — bookings are arranged by phone or WhatsApp message. The details you share in those conversations are used only to organise your appointment.

Online payments are processed securely by Stripe when you choose to pay for a treatment online; we never see or store your card details. This website does not require a guest account.

How we use your information

To arrange, confirm and manage your appointments.

To respond to your questions, gift card requests and group booking enquiries.

To meet legal or tax obligations connected to the services you purchase from us.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Cookies and this website

If you accept analytics, Google Analytics measures page visits, searches and completed bookings, including campaign source tags, so we can understand which pages and Google links lead to appointments. Google receives this usage data for measurement; we do not send your booking name, email or phone number. If you decline, the analytics tag is not loaded and these events are not sent.

Your analytics choice is stored in your browser and can be withdrawn by clearing the saved site data or contacting us. Functional preferences may still be stored so the website can remember your choices.

External services you choose to visit from our links (Google Maps, Instagram, WhatsApp, our booking system) may set their own cookies under their own policies.

How long we keep information

Booking and contact records are kept only as long as needed to provide our services and to satisfy legal record-keeping obligations, after which they are deleted.
