Where it started
We opened our doors in 2017 with a small team of Thai therapists and a simple conviction: Nuad Thai deserves to be practised properly, not diluted into a hotel add-on.
Nuad Thai is an ancient healing art — a system of pressure, rhythm and assisted movement developed over centuries. We treat it with the respect it has earned. Our therapists are trained in the tradition, and every treatment begins with a short conversation about what your body actually needs today.
Our philosophy is easy to say and harder to live: you cannot pour from an empty cup. A calm mind makes for a healthier life, and a healthier life makes everything else possible.
