Where it started
We opened our doors in 2017 with a small team of Thai therapists and a simple conviction: Nuad Thai deserves to be practised properly — not diluted into a hotel add-on, not rushed between appointments, but given the time and reverence it has earned over centuries.
Nuad Thai is one of the world's oldest healing arts — a system of pressure, rhythm and assisted movement refined over generations, and recognised by UNESCO as part of humanity's intangible cultural heritage. Our therapists are trained in that tradition, and every treatment begins the same way: a short, unhurried conversation about what your body actually needs today.
From one room near Syntagma we have grown to three addresses in the heart of Athens — each with its own character, each built around the same ritual of calm. What has never changed is how a visit feels: the door closes, the city fades, and time slows down.
Our philosophy is easy to say and harder to live: you cannot pour from an empty cup. A calm mind makes for a healthier life, and a healthier life makes everything else possible.
Only one thing truly matters: you.
A note on our name
Nuad is not Nude
Nuad Thai means authentic Thai massage in the Thai language — a traditional healing art rooted in respect, presence, and intentional touch.
Nude implies an entirely different kind of situation. It is not a service, atmosphere, or experience you will ever find inside our sanctuary. We keep every session professional, draped, and grounded in Thai therapeutic tradition.

What to expect
Your visit, step by step
1. Arrive
Come 10 minutes early. Tea, quiet, and a short chat about tension or medical notes.
2. Prepare
Thai massage is fully clothed in garments we provide; oil treatments use towel draping.
3. Your session
30 to 120 minutes of focused work. Ask for more or less pressure at any moment.
4. After
Water, a few minutes to come back, and aftercare advice for the next 24 hours.

Questions, answered
Foot and express sessions start at €20, a 60-minute Thai or oil massage is €50–€60, and signature rituals, couples sessions and Luxury Suite treatments range from €90 to €250. Every price on the site includes all taxes.
Most treatments are offered at 30, 60, 90 or 120 minutes. Spa day packages run half or full day. Please arrive 10 minutes early — the time you book is time on the table.
We welcome you with tea, talk through any tension or medical notes, then leave you to change. Thai massage is done fully clothed in loose garments we provide; oil treatments use towel draping throughout. You can ask for more or less pressure at any moment.
Walk-ins are welcome when a room is free, but weekends and evenings fill quickly. Booking online takes about a minute and secures your therapist and room.
We are in central Athens, a short walk from Syntagma, and open daily 10:00–22:00. Bookable appointments run from 10:30 to 20:30 (Athens time).
