The sauna detox programme pairs the deep, dry warmth of our private infrared cedar cabin with the treatments that finish the cleanse — light lymphatic drainage, purifying facials and cleansing body rituals. Start with heat at our Main Spa, 5 Kornarou Street, two minutes from Syntagma Square, then let hands do the rest.

How the cleanse works

Three steps, one lighter body

Heat opens the way

Thirty minutes of infrared warmth loosens muscle, awakens circulation and readies the skin for deeper work.

Drainage moves it out

Light, rhythmic lymphatic massage follows the heat, guiding excess fluid and city-tiredness out of the tissue.

The skin finishes the cleanse

Purifying facials and cleansing body treatments give the skin its reset — fresh, light and breathing again.

The sauna warms and softens the tissue first, so the therapist reaches deeper with less pressure and the release lasts longer.

A very light, rhythmic technique that follows the lymphatic pathways to help the body drain retained fluid.

It is used for heavy, swollen legs, water retention, post-flight puffiness and general sluggishness, and as support alongside detox or weight programmes.

Pressure is deliberately gentle — depth is not the point here; direction and rhythm are.
