The heat
Infrared warmth penetrates directly into tissue rather than heating the room — the session feels milder than a traditional sauna while the body warms more deeply.
Each session is a calm half hour — long enough to release tension, short enough to fold into a lunch break or before an evening treatment.
Warm muscle accepts deeper work. Pair your session with any massage or body scrub and the treatment that follows goes further.
Sauna services
Infrared sessions are sold as packages — five sessions and the sixth is on us — or combined with any massage or scrub.
A single 30-minute sauna session is not bookable on its own. You can enjoy the sauna in one of two ways: pair it with a massage in our Sauna & Massage Combos (from €60 — and from 90 minutes of massage upwards the sauna is free), or take the 5 + 1 Sauna Package — six 30-minute sessions for the price of five, €100, to use whenever you like.

The sauna in Athens
In the middle of Athens — two minutes from Syntagma Square, five from Monastiraki — there is a small cedar cabin where the city stops. Inside, infrared warmth reaches deep into muscle and skin without the crushing air of a traditional steam room. You lie still in a robe, the heat does the work, and thirty minutes later you walk out lighter than you came in.
Guests use our infrared sauna before a massage to loosen tight shoulders, after long flights to sweat out the travel day, and as the first step of a detox: heat opens the way, then light lymphatic drainage massage or a purifying facial finishes the cleanse.
